The Ferguson

The Ferguson is a highly functional and inviting with its large open spaces and three bedrooms. You pass from the two-car garage through the “drop-zone” area, perfect for stowing shoes, coats, and hats into the Great Room and kitchen areas. One can imagine fun filled evenings spent entertaining in the Great Room, perhaps with a fire in the fireplace.
