The Hudson

The Hudson is the newest cape cod style home for AMH’s Semplice line. When entering this cape cod from the front, a foyer that opens up into the kitchen, dining, and family room greets you. The master suite is located on the first floor complete with a double vanity, commode room and sizable walk-in-closet. The laundry room is positioned off of the drop zone along with a powder room for convenience. The second floor houses two more bedrooms and a loft, which can be made into a fourth bedroom or study. Like all of AMH’s plans the basement can be finished with a bedroom, full bath, recreational room.
